Media asset location analysis


Working with Sensory Interactive, we were asked to analyze the new BART Transbay Transit Center for media display asset location and valuation. Using engineering models from the construction project we were able to extract important elements for analysis. From these models we were able to build a heat maps that identified location opportunities for a range of assets such as way-finding, marketing, and communication resources. These investigations allowed Transbay to invest in novel technologies while ensuring that they maximized the value of each dollar spent on such an expensive resource.


Heat maps were developed from a series of areas and routes of travel that allowed for a more intuitive understanding of location value.
Using engineering models allowed for extensive analysis of architectural elements for the addition of digital media treatments.
