Remodel of Los Angeles home originally built in the 1940's. The job consisted of designing a solution that could serve a family with contemporary taste and a tight budget, a city with strict historic preservation regulation, and documentation for remote construction. Multiple iterations were developed with a range of options edited and rendered for the client to investigate and resolve their concerns before construction began. Additionally all options were valuated to ensure that they fit within the desired budget and could be constructed within the specified timeline.
