Investigations into modular parametrics
Summary
Parametrics is the use of measurable factors that define a system and determine its behavior and are varied in an experiment. Parametric Prouve' is a study of Jean Prouve's work in modular design. Using one of his tables as a base from which to defined parameters to interrogate, the studies present the range of possibilities that exist within the DNA of the original Parametric thinking allows for a design to be seen as a set of rules from which to inspect opportunities and relationships that sit outside of the realm of the explicit.

The base Prouve' design was recreated as a parametric model using Rhino Grasshopper

The parametric design allows for quick investigations and the development of whole families of related designs through parametric values.
